THE STATE FOREST LAND CONFLICT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT IN FATUKOA SUB-DISTRICT OF KUPANG CITY

Abstract

The survival of the environment can be maintained at first by awareness of it‘s protection. The forenst
was part of a creation God was devoted to, protected and harnessed by the state for the prosperity of the people
det forth under the constitution of the republic Indonesia in 1945. The region of the country‘s in the Fatukoa
forest, the Maulafa City of Kupang is a source of conflict between their people and their countries about the
border of the country‘s forest and the conflict requires a study of empirical jurisdiction to establish land
ownership status to create a good working relationship between governments, religious figures, indigenous and
public officials that the arrangement of forestry is ruled by a state the is governed by benefits, justice,
cohabilitation for prosperity and preservation the environment.
