APPLICATION OF REGIONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN REGIONAL BUDGET PLANNING OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH CENTRAL TIMOR REGENCY

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to make a comparison of the regional budget planning of South Central
Timor Regency and the impact of the implementation of SIMDA finance on regional budget planning in South
Center Timor District. This research is aimed at figuring; 1) readiness of human resources in charge of regional
planning and knowing the problems faced; 2) facility and Infrastructure Support for the implementation of
Simda in South Central Timor District. This research is a survey with a descriptive evaluative research approach
with research samples consisting of 3 (three) Regional Work Units (SKPD), which are determined by purposive
sampling. The results of the SIMDA Implementation study in the South Center Timor District are relatively
high. All SIMDA products can be carried out above the standard set. The readiness of human resources for the
implementation of SIMDA has not been relatively good. The Regional Budget Planning Preparation is carried
out optimally but not on time.
