Hubungan Antara Toxic Positivity (Racun Positif) dan Burnout (Kejenuhan) Belajar Pada Peserta Didik SMP Katholik Imaculata Ruteng

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of toxic positivity, the description of learning burnout, and to determine whether or not there is a relationship between toxic positivity and burnout learning in learning at Imaculata Ruteng Catholic Middle School students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlation research. This research was conducted at Ruteng Imaculata Catholic Middle School with a total population of 630 and a sample of 86 people.  The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire.  The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS version 20 program. The results of the study showed that (I) In general, toxic positivity in students at the Catholic Middle School Imaculata Ruteng was dominant in the moderate category of 52% with a total of 45 students (II) Based on data analysis, the burnout picture of learning was also dominant. in the medium category 79% with 68 students (III) Person Product moment correlation analysis shows that between toxic positivity and burnout, learning has a positive direction indicated by the value of rcount > rtable (0.458> 0.2120). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between toxic positivity and burnout in learning in the students of Ruteng Imaculata Catholic Middle School. Evidenced by the value of rcount > rtable (0.458>0.2120). Here it can be interpreted that students have positive toxic positivity towards burnout (saturation) of learning in students of Imaculata Ruteng Catholic Middle School
