Tailor Counsel: Inovasi Aplikasi Program Konseling Berbasis Web Sesuai Kebutuhan Siswa Secara Individu dan Kelompok

Studi ini mengembangkan Tailor Counsel, sebuah platform konseling berbasis web yang bertujuan menyediakan layanan personal dan responsif bagi siswa melalui intervensi individu dan kelompok. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang kerangka konseptual yang mampu mengatasi keterbatasan program konseling tradisional, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, serta memastikan layanan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan emosional, sosial, dan akademis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dan solusi teknologi terkait manajemen layanan konseling. Analisis konten tematik diterapkan untuk merancang fitur-fitur utama, seperti manajemen kasus dinamis, penjadwalan fleksibel, dan pelacakan progres siswa secara real-time. Pendekatan ini bertujuan memastikan bahwa konselor dapat memberikan intervensi yang tepat waktu dan relevan, serta mendukung perkembangan siswa secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tailor Counsel efektif meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi layanan konseling dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional. Platform ini memfasilitasi kolaborasi yang lebih baik antara konselor dan siswa, baik dalam konteks individu maupun kelompok, dengan memanfaatkan data real-time untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat. Selain itu, fitur penjadwalan dinamis membantu mengurangi konflik waktu, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, dan memperkuat keterlibatan dalam proses konseling. Secara keseluruhan, Tailor Counsel menawarkan solusi inovatif bagi konseling di sekolah, memberikan layanan yang adaptif dan relevan dengan perkembangan kebutuhan siswa. Implikasi temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemangku kebijakan dan sekolah dalam mendukung adopsi teknologi melalui penguatan infrastruktur dan kompetensi digital konselor. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjang serta mengeksplorasi penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam mempersonalisasi layanan konseling.
