Optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Efisiensi Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web di sekolah-sekolah menengah di Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei cross-sectional dengan partisipasi 20 sekolah, melibatkan guru dari berbagai jenjang dan status kepegawaian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang mengeksplorasi kebutuhan layanan, penggunaan teknologi, dan kendala implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru BK sangat membutuhkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam perencanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi layanan. Namun, tantangan teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan kompetensi digital masih menghambat penerapannya. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya investasi pada infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi.Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menyoroti interaksi antara kesiapan pengguna dan faktor teknis dalam konteks lokal. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung transformasi digital layanan BK dan menyarankan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas jangka panjang dari solusi berbasis web di sektor pendidikan.
