Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of service innovation in the Timor-Atambua public service mall (PSM). The method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the research results, it is known that the public service in Timor-Atambua PSM is a very spectacular innovation in increasing public satisfaction with the services provided. There are at least 2 aspects of innovation, namely; new service concepts and the public value resulting from these innovations. The results of the study also recommend that there be a study on one stop service which will be carried out using a quantitative approach method and different variables.
