ANALISIS KINERJA KERJA CRUSHING PLANT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI PADA INDUSTRI BATU PECAH DI PT. DANANG MANDIRI, KECAMATAN TAKARI, KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR

ABSTRAK
PT. Danang Mandiri adalah perusahan bergerak dalam bidang pabrik batu pecah, yang berlokasi di
Kecamatan Takari, Kabupaten Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Target produksi batu pecah adalah 5500
ton/bulan, namun sering tidak mencapai target produksi, sehigga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja
dari alat alat yang digunakan. Pada setiap peremuk yang ada dilakukan perhitungan berdasarkan
spesifikasi dan umpan yang masuk pada proses crushing plant dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Hasil
perhitungan dari kapasitas nyata pada alat peremuk jaw crusher 1 dengan tipe PE 400 x 600 adalah
sebesar 26,4 ton/jam, jaw crusher 2 dengan tipe PE 250 x 1200 adalah sebesar 22 ton/jam, Belt Conveyor
– 01: 4,32 m3/jam, Belt Conveyor–02: 2,79 m3/jam, Belt Conveyor–03: 4,11 m3/jam, Belt Conveyor–04:
2,22 m3/jam, Belt Conveyor–05: 1,31m3/jam. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan evaluasi terhadap unit
yang digunakan diperoleh total hasil produksinya 5.323,17 ton/bulan dengan total pengumpanan 5.385,6
ton/bulan. Dengan demikian produksi tidak mencapai target yaitu 5500 ton/bulan. Setelah dilakukan
simulasi upaya peningkatan hasil produksi dengan menekan atau mengurangi waktu hambatan kerja maka
diperoleh peningkatan produksi menjadi 5.695,87 ton/bulan dengan total pengumpanan sebesar 5.908,8
ton/bulan

ABSTRACT

PT. Danang Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of crushing plant, which is located in Takari
District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The production target of crushed stone is 5500 tons/month
often does not reach the production target, so it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the tools used.
For each existing crusher, calculations are carried out based on specifications and the feed that enters the
crushing plant process can be concluded as follows. The calculation results of the real capacity of the
crusher jaw crusher 1 with PE 400 x 600 type is 26.4 tons/hour, jaw crusher 2 with PE 250 x 1200 type is
22 tons/hour, Belt Conveyor – 01: 4,32 m3/hour, Belt Conveyor –02: 2.79 m3/hour, Belt Conveyor – 03:
4.11 m3/hour, Belt Conveyor – 04: 2.22 m3/hour, Belt Conveyor – 05: 1.31m3/hour. Based on the results
of the calculation and evaluation of the units used, the total production yield is 5,323.17 tons/month with a
total feed of 5,385.6 tons/month. Thus the production did not reach the target of 5500 tons/month. After
simulating efforts to increase production by suppressing or reducing work delays, an increase in production
is obtained to 5,695.87 tons/month with a total feed of 5,908.8 tons/month.
