APLIKASI IJIN USAHA TERPADU DI DESA NEKBAUN DENGAN KOLABORASI SMS GATEWAY DAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITIER

Abstract

Desa Nekbaun merupakan salah satu instansi yang memberikan surat izin usaha kepada masyarakat yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Namun pemerintah desa Nekbaun masih memiliki kendala dalam pelayanan surat izin usaha. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ijin usaha terpadu dengan kolaborasi SMS Gateway dan framework codeigniter di desa Nekbaun di latarbelakangi oleh proses administrasi surat izin usaha yang masih menggunakan cara manual baik proses pengajuan dan pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen ulasan surat izin usaha. Tujuan dari adanya sistem ini adalah untuk membantu proses pelaksanaan pengajuan dan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen surat izin usaha dapat tepat waktu ketika diterbitkan. Yang menjadi masalah adalah sulitnya bagi masyarakat menunggu waktu yang cukup panjang untuk pembuatan surat izin usaha. Dikarenakan era saat ini adalah era teknologi maka peneliti berniat untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi ijin usaha terpadu di desa nekbaun dengan kolaborasi SMS gateway dan framework codeigniter. Model pengembangan system yang peneliti gunakan untuk pengumpulan data hingga perancangan system yaitu model pengembangan system Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dengan adanya aplikasi yang di kembangkan maka besar harapan peneliti aplikasi tersebut dapat bermanfaat bagi pengguna dalam pembuatan surat izin usaha di desa Nekbaun.

Nekbaun Village is one of the agencies that issue business permits to the people in the area. However, the Nekbaun village government still has problems in providing business licenses. In making an integrated business license application with the collaboration of SMS Gateway and the codeigniter framework in Nekbaun village, the background of the business license administration process is still using the manual method, both the submission process and checking the completeness of the letter review document. The purpose of this system is to assist the process of submitting the application and the completeness of the business license documents can be timely when issued. The problem is that it is difficult for people to wait long enough for a business license to be issued. Because the current era is the era of technology, the researchers intend to create an integrated business license application in the village of nekbaun with the collaboration of an SMS gateway and a codeigniter framework. The system development model used for data collection to system design is the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development model. With the application being developed, it is hoped that the application researcher can be useful for users in making business permits in Nekbaun village.
