This paper discusses the issue of student well-being in the world of modern education. The high level of academic pressure, social problems and emotional challenges faced by students can affect their well-being in the school environment. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is key in providing professional services that help overcome students' mental and emotional problems and improve their well-being. This paper aims to understand how academic pressure affects students' well-being, the impact of psychological stress on students' well-being, and how social problems can affect students' well-being and how guidance and counseling teachers provide support to overcome these problems. In understanding students' well-being, physical, mental and social concepts are important. Fulfilling students' basic psychological needs, resilience, self-esteem, and social support from teachers and peers also play an important role in improving their well-being. The role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving students' well-being includes individual and group counseling services, as well as developing support programs in schools. Training and developing the competency of BK teachers is the key to providing quality services. Through appropriate counseling services, development of social and emotional skills, and collaboration between parties, guidance and counseling teachers can act as agents of significant change towards student welfare in the school environment.

Subjective Well-being Guru Bimbingan & Konseling yang Professional

Subjective well-being describes an individual's overall well-being in terms of life satisfaction in a specific environment. This relates to the extent to which a person feels satisfied with the living conditions they experience. A guidance counselor who understands himself completely, interprets his professional role, and grows and develops is an indicator of a guidance counselor with good psychological well-being. This type of research is quantitative. The sample selection used a saturated sample of 85 BK teachers who were currently undergoing Teacher Professional Education (PPG) at Tadulako University, Palu (2020, 2021 and 2022). The instrument used to measure life satisfaction is SWLS (E. D. Diener et al., 1985). which consists of 5 items and the PANAS Scale (Brdar, 2014) which consists of 10 statement items. The reliability of the SWB instrument is α=0.820 (p=0.005). The research results show that the Life Satisfaction aspect shows that each teacher has varying positive affect and negative affect, as does their cognitive evaluation. This shows that their lives are still not good, less prosperous, and have not achieved the ideal life. For the Positive Affect aspect, most of them are at the top level, namely 72% (very high and high). Furthermore, the Negative Affect aspect which shows the grouping results is that 57.65% of teachers are in the high group (very high and high), and 43.35% are at the lower level (low and very low).

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing world, young adults often face unique challenges and transitions as they navigate through their twenties. This period, known as the "quarter-life" phase, is marked by significant personal and professional development, but it can also bring about feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and self-doubt. Exploring the relationship between subjective well-being and the quarter-life crisis can provide valuable insights into the mental health and overall satisfaction experienced by individuals during this crucial life stage.

Inovasi Strategi Bimbingan & Konseling Berbasis Buku Teach Like Finland Karya Timothy D Walker

Finland is one of the countries that is considered to have the best education system in the world, especially in its basic education system. Even one of the cities in Finland is known as “The Athens of Finland” because of the progress of basic education in that city. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the strategies and innovations that can be used by a counseling teacher to develop his counseling activities so that they are fun for students by adopting educational values based on the book Teach Like Finland by Timothy D. Walker. This research uses a library research approach with primary data that can be found through books, magazines, and journals that are available online or offline. The results of this study found that the learning model for elementary schools in Finland according to Timothy focuses on three things, namely children's welfare, the relationship between students and teachers, and freedom for students. All of these concepts are based on the same basic concept, namely happiness-based education. Because when counseling activities have made students happy, students will love the counseling process itself. This is the main point of this study to imagine and formulate ideal counseling innovations that can be applied by a counseling teacher in happiness-based elementary schools based on the book Teach Like Finland by Timothy D. Walker.

Analisis Penyesuaian Diri Peserta Didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam Menghadapi Aktivitas Akademik Tahun Pertama

This study aims to find out how the adjustment description of class VII students of SMPN 5 Kota Kupang. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with ex post facto research. This research was conducted with a total sample of 63 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a self-adjustment questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the self-adjustment of students at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang is dominantly in the high category with a percentage of 65% (41 people). The results of the analysis on each aspect also show that the high category includes aspects of adaptation (32%), conformity (32%), Mastery (32%), Individual Variation (26%) and Social Adjustment (46%). These findings make a contribution regarding students who have just entered junior high school in discovering a new environment and situation that is different from the previous environment.

Teknik Brainstorming Pada Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Perilaku Asertif Siswa

Assertive behavior is an action that is in accordance with conscience, in accordance with the desires and opinions that exist within humans. This assertive behavior is one of the basic life skills and needs to be owned by individuals, especially students. The purpose of this research is to find out and examine several previous studies related to brainstorming techniques in group guidance in an effort to increase students' assertive behavior. This research is a qualitative research with the type or method of Systematic Literature Review. The Systematic Literature Review method is a research method by collecting, analyzing and making conclusions from several previous studies that are relevant and in accordance with the topic under study. Sources of data in this study were obtained from various relevant literature such as books, journals, articles, previous studies related to the research topic. The data collection technique of this research is to collect articles, scientific journals and books with predetermined keywords. The result of this study is that group counseling services using brainstorming techniques have the effectiveness of increasing the ability to behave assertively in students. In an effort to help improve student assertive behavior, it is hoped that the implementation of services will be carried out as well as possible in accordance with the procedures and initial design so that the results obtained are in accordance with what is expected from the first design of the services to be provided to students.

Pemanfaatan Karya Sastra sebagai Media Alternatif Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Populasi Khusus

Learning media has an important role in delivering teaching materials. Without relevant learning media, the teaching material delivered cannot achieve the expected things. Innovation and breakthroughs are needed to determine learning media in order to present a constructive, creative, and fun lecture atmosphere. This paper is a conceptual study of the use of literary works as an alternative medium of learning. The purpose of this paper is to explain how to utilize literary works in learning the Special Population course. The method used in this study uses a phenomenological perspective, namely conducting analytical studies based on the teaching practices of the Special Population course using literary media. Observations made using teaching media for literary works are used as a basis in writing this conceptual study. The results and recommendations given are to utilize the wealth of literary texts as an alternative medium in learning the Special Population course in the Guidance and Counseling study program. Through literary media, theoretical abilities in analyzing the character of special populations can be more easily understood and practiced directly in analyzing.

Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi dari Orang Tua terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Lamaknen

This research is entitled "The Effect of Motivation from Parents on the Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Lamaknen, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City." The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of students, where the average score of most students is below the minimum completeness criteria. (KKM) which is thought to be caused by a lack of motivation from parents in the form of parental ability, availability of facilities and provision of incentives (prizes). State Middle School 1 students Lamaknen in an effort to obtain data the author used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Lamaknen, the population in this study was students from class VIII A – E, totaling 100 people. In this research, statistical analysis techniques were used (t test and F test). The results of the research analysis show that parental ability (X1), availability of facilities (X2) and provision of incentives (prizes) (X3) influence student learning outcomes. partially proven by the t test with an error rate of 5%, we obtain ttable = O.677. Proving that the value of tcount > ttable where the value of tcount for parental ability = 3.00 the value of tcount for the availability of learning facilities = 15,699 and the value of tcount for giving incentives (prizes) = 34,384. The results of the F test show the simultaneous influence of parental motivation on student learning outcomes. The magnitude of the influence of parents' abilities on student learning outcomes is proven by Ftable with dk numerator (3) and dk denominator N-m-1, namely 100-3-1 = 96 Ftable value at an error rate of 5% = 4.04, proving that the Fcount value > Ftable ie > 4.04

Pengaruh Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Gaya Hidup Experiencers Remaja di Kelurahan Tuak Daun Merah Kota Kupang

Peer conformity is a change in an adolescent's behavior to conform more closely to group standards. In this case, peer conformity greatly influences all activities of adolescents, including lifestyle. One of the lifestyle segments based on VALS 2 (Values and Lifestyles) is the experiencers lifestyle. The experiencers' lifestyle is identical to the characteristics of teenagers who follow current trends and fashion trends. This research uses a quantitative approach and aims to determine the description of peer conformity and experiencers' lifestyle among teenagers in the Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang city and to determine the influence of peer conformity on the experiencers' lifestyle among adolescents in the Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang city, totaling 152 teenagers. . Sampling used cluster random sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 80 teenagers. Data collection uses a scale of 1-4. To analyze this data, descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis were used. The results of the descriptive percentage analysis illustrate that almost half of the teenagers in Tuak Daun Merah subdistrict, Kupang city conform to their peers and have an experiencers lifestyle in the high category, namely 33.75% and low, namely 38.75%. The results of a simple regression analysis of peer conformity on experiencers' lifestyles produced a regression coefficient (R) of 0.135 with p < 0.05, while the calculated F value of 12.129 was greater than F table 3.96, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence of peer conformity on experiencers' lifestyles. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of peer conformity on the lifestyle of teenage experiencers in Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang city

Hubungan antara Pemahaman Informasi Karier dengan Orientasi Pendidikan Tinggi pada Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Maumere

One of the challenges often faced by students in grade XII is the uncertainty of determining the choice of education or further study. Low understanding of career information can have an impact on the difficulty of students in determining further study options such as academic and vocational education. This study aims to determine (1) the description of career information understanding of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere, (2) the description of higher education orientation of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere students, and (3) the relationship between career information understanding and higher education orientation of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The data collection technique used in the study was to use a questionnaire understanding of career information (43 items) and higher education orientation (34 items) and using a Likert scale. The data analysis used SPSS Version 21. The results showed that the understanding of career information was in the understanding category with a percentage of 75% and higher education orientation was in the high category with a percentage of 90%. Product moment correlation analysis shows r-count=0.512> r-table 0.218 (N=81) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that there is a relationship between understanding career information and higher education orientation of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere students.

Identifikasi Pola Komunikasi Keluarga pada Remaja Akhir di Kelurahan Tanah Rata Kabupaten Manggarai Timur

The pattern of family communication is communication that occurs between parents and their children , how to form a good attitude and convey all problems or complaints that occur in the environment family and in the outside community. The low level of communication patterns that exist within the family will have a difficult impact on the development of a child’s attitude, the child will feel indifferent to everything, unable to expres disapproval of something. This study aims to describe communication patterns , family communication patterns In late adolescents in the Kelurahan Tanah Rata, Kecamatan Kota Komba, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conductedin the Kelurahan Tanah Rata, Kecamatan Kota Komba, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur with a total population of 197 people with a sample of 49 people. Data collection technique using a likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that late adolescents in the Kelurahan Tanah Rata had family communication skils which were in the low category, namely by presentation , 67% with a total of 33 respondents. The results of ikea’s research show that the communication ball that is dominantly used in the Kelurahan Tanah Rata is a separate communication pattern

Hubungan Antara Toxic Positivity (Racun Positif) dan Burnout (Kejenuhan) Belajar Pada Peserta Didik SMP Katholik Imaculata Ruteng

This study aims to determine the description of toxic positivity, the description of learning burnout, and to determine whether or not there is a relationship between toxic positivity and burnout learning in learning at Imaculata Ruteng Catholic Middle School students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlation research. This research was conducted at Ruteng Imaculata Catholic Middle School with a total population of 630 and a sample of 86 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS version 20 program. The results of the study showed that (I) In general, toxic positivity in students at the Catholic Middle School Imaculata Ruteng was dominant in the moderate category of 52% with a total of 45 students (II) Based on data analysis, the burnout picture of learning was also dominant. in the medium category 79% with 68 students (III) Person Product moment correlation analysis shows that between toxic positivity and burnout, learning has a positive direction indicated by the value of rcount > rtable (0.458> 0.2120). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between toxic positivity and burnout in learning in the students of Ruteng Imaculata Catholic Middle School. Evidenced by the value of rcount > rtable (0.458>0.2120). Here it can be interpreted that students have positive toxic positivity towards burnout (saturation) of learning in students of Imaculata Ruteng Catholic Middle School

Hubungan Pola Asuh Orang Tua dengan Penyesuaian Sosial Siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Larantuka

This study aims to describe the parenting style of parents, social adjustment of students, and whether there is a relationship between parenting style and social adjustment of class X students of SMKN 1 Larantuka.ss This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Larantuka with a total population of 374 people and a sample of 93 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 16.00 Version program. Product moment correlation analysis shows that parenting style and social adjustment have a significant and positive relationship with an r count of 0.730, where n = 93 and degrees of freedom (dk) is 91 with a significant level of 5%, so it can be seen that r table of 0.204. Then the value of r count > r table (0.730> 0.204). Based on the results of the study it was concluded that there was a significant and positive relationship between parenting parents and the social adjustment of class X students of SMKN 1 Larantuka.

Hubungan antara Perilaku Pacaran Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik pada Siswa Kelas XII SMAS St Familia Wae Nakeng

This study aims to determine the description of student courtship behavior, student academic procrastination, and the relationship between courtship behavior with academic procrastination in students of Class XI SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of cholerational research. This study was conducted with a population of 360 people and a sample of 55 people. The technique of using likert scale questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and correlational analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed that in general the courtship behavior of students of Class XI SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng is in a less healthy category with a presentation of 60%. Product moment correlation analysis showed that courtship behavior associated with academic procrastination with a significant value of 0.05 then it can be said there is a correlation -0.655 > 0.2656. Based on the results, it was concluded that courtship behavior has a negative relationship to academic procrastination of students of Class XI SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng.

Hubungan Antara Kontrol Diri dengan Kecanduan Internet (Internet Addiction) pada Remaja di Desa Namangkewa

This study aims to determine the description of self-control, internet addiction (internet addiction) in adolescents and whether there is a relationship between self-control and internet addiction (internet addiction) among adolescents in Namangkewa Village. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlation research. This research was conducted in Namangkewa Village, Sikka Regency with a total population of 142 people with a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows 25 version. The results showed that adolescents in Namangkewa Village have self-control in the low category, namely with a presentation of 67% and adolescent internet addiction in Namangkewa Village are in the high category with a presentation of 49%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis show that self-control is related to internet addiction with a significant value of 0.05, so it can be said that there is a correlation with the value of r-table = -0.342 > 0.30083. Based on the results it was concluded that self-control has a negative relationship with internet addiction in adolescents in Namangkewa Village

Hubungan Konformitas Teman Sebaya Dengan Minat Belajar Kelompok Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Undana

This study aims to determine the description of peer conformity, student group learning interest, and whether there is a relationship between peer conformity and group study interest in students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at Nusa Cendana University. This study uses a product moment quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the University of Nusa Cendana Kupang on 80 Guidance and Counseling students in semesters 4 and 6. Data collection techniques used peer conformity scales and group learning interest scales. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 26 version program. The results showed that almost all students had a high peer conformity rate of 75% and very high 18% and had an interest in group learning which was also high 66% and very high 25%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis show that peer conformity is related to group learning interest with r-count = 0.658 > 0.219 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between peer conformity and group learning interest. Group study is an interesting learning method for students, but teachers need to ensure that all group members play an active role so that this activity runs effectively. The findings in this study indicate that peer conformity is an aspect that involves many dimensions. Individual aspects that play a role in the formation of conformity such as commitment to agreements, adherence to groups, self-confidence, anti-social and acceptance still need to be studied further.

Hubungan Antara Self Control dengan Perilaku Agresi Verbal Pada Remaja di Kelurahan Kayu Putih, Kota Kupang

This study aims to determine: (1) The description of self-control in adolescents in Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City, (2) The description of verbal aggression behavior in adolescents in Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City and (3) The relationship between self-control and verbal aggression behavior in adolescents in Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The population used in this study were 45 adolescents with different ages and genders. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires / surveys and processed using statistical analysis which includes Pearson's product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that most adolescents in Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City had self-control in the high category as many as 37 people with a percentage level of 82.2% while verbal aggression behavior was in the very low category as many as 27 people with a percentage level of 60%. The results of the correlation analysis show that between self-control and verbal aggression behavior there is a strong negative relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient (r) value of -0.777. The results of this study are expected to add insight into science in Counseling Guidance regarding the relationship between self-control and verbal aggression behavior in adolescents and can be used as study material for students to enrich reading sources. Thus, there is a strong negative relationship between self-control variables and verbal aggression behavior, which means that the higher the self-control in adolescents, the lower the verbal aggression behavior, and vice versa.
