The high level of academic pressure, social problems and emotional challenges faced by students can affect their well-being in the school environment. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is key in providing professional services that help overcome students' mental and emotional problems and improve their well-being. This paper aims to understand how academic pressure affects students' well-being, the impact of psychological stress on students' well-being, and how social problems can affect students' well-being and how guidance and counseling teachers provide support to overcome these problems. In understanding students' well-being, physical, mental and social concepts are important. Fulfilling students' basic psychological needs, resilience, self-esteem, and social support from teachers and peers also play an important role in improving their well-being. The role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving students' well-being includes individual and group counseling services, as well as developing support programs in schools. Training and developing the competency of BK teachers is the key to providing quality services. This relates to the extent to which a person feels satisfied with the living conditions they experience. A guidance counselor who understands himself completely, interprets his professional role, and grows and develops is an indicator of a guidance counselor with good psychological well-being. This type of research is quantitative. The sample selection used a saturated sample of 85 BK teachers who were currently undergoing Teacher Professional Education (PPG) at Tadulako University, Palu (2020, 2021 and 2022). The instrument used to measure life satisfaction is SWLS (E. D. Diener et al., 1985). which consists of 5 items and the PANAS Scale (Brdar, 2014) which consists of 10 statement items. The reliability of the SWB instrument is α=0.820 (p=0.005). The research results show that the Life Satisfaction aspect shows that each teacher has varying positive affect and negative affect, as does their cognitive evaluation. This shows that their lives are still not good, less prosperous, and have not achieved the ideal life. For the Positive Affect aspect, most of them are at the top level, namely 72% (very high and high). Even one of the cities in Finland is known as “The Athens of Finland” because of the progress of basic education in that city. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the strategies and innovations that can be used by a counseling teacher to develop his counseling activities so that they are fun for students by adopting educational values ​​based on the book Teach Like Finland by Timothy D. Walker. This research uses a library research approach with primary data that can be found through books, magazines, and journals that are available online or offline. The results of this study found that the learning model for elementary schools in Finland according to Timothy focuses on three things, namely children's welfare, the relationship between students and teachers, and freedom for students. All of these concepts are based on the same basic concept, namely happiness-based education. Because when counseling activities have made students happy, students will love the counseling process itself. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with ex post facto research. This research was conducted with a total sample of 63 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a self-adjustment questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the self-adjustment of students at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang is dominantly in the high category with a percentage of 65% (41 people). The results of the analysis on each aspect also show that the high category includes aspects of adaptation (32%), conformity (32%), Mastery (32%), Individual Variation (26%) and Social Adjustment (46%). This research is a qualitative research with the type or method of Systematic Literature Review. The Systematic Literature Review method is a research method by collecting, analyzing and making conclusions from several previous studies that are relevant and in accordance with the topic under study. Without relevant learning media, the teaching material delivered cannot achieve the expected things. Innovation and breakthroughs are needed to determine learning media in order to present a constructive, creative, and fun lecture atmosphere. This paper is a conceptual study of the use of literary works as an alternative medium of learning. The purpose of this paper is to explain how to utilize literary works in learning the Special Population course. The method used in this study uses a phenomenological perspective, namely conducting analytical studies based on the teaching practices of the Special Population course using literary media. Observations made using teaching media for literary works are used as a basis in writing this conceptual study. The results and recommendations given are to utilize the wealth of literary texts as an alternative medium in learning the Special Population course in the Guidance and Counseling study program. The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of students, where the average score of most students is below the minimum completeness criteria. (KKM) which is thought to be caused by a lack of motivation from parents in the form of parental ability, availability of facilities and provision of incentives (prizes). State Middle School 1 students Lamaknen in an effort to obtain data the author used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Lamaknen, the population in this study was students from class VIII A – E, totaling 100 people. In this research, statistical analysis techniques were used (t test and F test). The results of the research analysis show that parental ability (X1), availability of facilities (X2) and provision of incentives (prizes) (X3) influence student learning outcomes. partially proven by the t test with an error rate of 5%, we obtain ttable = O.677. Proving that the value of tcount &gt; ttable where the value of tcount for parental ability = 3.00 the value of tcount for the availability of learning facilities = 15,699 and the value of tcount for giving incentives (prizes) = 34,384. The results of the F test show the simultaneous influence of parental motivation on student learning outcomes. In this case, peer conformity greatly influences all activities of adolescents, including lifestyle. One of the lifestyle segments based on VALS 2 (Values ​​and Lifestyles) is the experiencers lifestyle. The experiencers' lifestyle is identical to the characteristics of teenagers who follow current trends and fashion trends. This research uses a quantitative approach and aims to determine the description of peer conformity and experiencers' lifestyle among teenagers in the Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang city and to determine the influence of peer conformity on the experiencers' lifestyle among adolescents in the Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang city, totaling 152 teenagers. . Sampling used cluster random sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 80 teenagers. Data collection uses a scale of 1-4. To analyze this data, descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis were used. The results of the descriptive percentage analysis illustrate that almost half of the teenagers in Tuak Daun Merah subdistrict, Kupang city conform to their peers and have an experiencers lifestyle in the high category, namely 33.75% and low, namely 38.75%. The results of a simple regression analysis of peer conformity on experiencers' lifestyles produced a regression coefficient (R) of 0.135 with p &lt; 0.05, while the calculated F value of 12.129 was greater than F table 3.96, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence of peer conformity on experiencers' lifestyles. Low understanding of career information can have an impact on the difficulty of students in determining further study options such as academic and vocational education. This study aims to determine (1) the description of career information understanding of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere, (2) the description of higher education orientation of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere students, and (3) the relationship between career information understanding and higher education orientation of SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The data collection technique used in the study was to use a questionnaire understanding of career information (43 items) and higher education orientation (34 items) and using a Likert scale. The data analysis used SPSS Version 21. The results showed that the understanding of career information was in the understanding category with a percentage of 75% and higher education orientation was in the high category with a percentage of 90%.&nbsp; Product moment correlation analysis shows r-count=0.512&gt; r-table 0.218 (N=81) with a significance level of 0.000 &lt;0.05. This study aims to describe communication patterns , family communication patterns In late adolescents in the Kelurahan Tanah Rata, Kecamatan Kota Komba, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conductedin the Kelurahan Tanah Rata, Kecamatan Kota Komba, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur with a total population of 197 people with a sample of 49 people. Data collection technique using a likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlation research. This research was conducted at Ruteng Imaculata Catholic Middle School with a total population of 630 and a sample of 86 people.&nbsp; The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire.&nbsp; The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS version 20 program. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Larantuka with a total population of 374 people and a sample of 93 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 16.00 Version program. Product moment correlation analysis shows that parenting style and social adjustment have a significant and positive relationship with an r count of 0.730, where n = 93 and degrees of freedom (dk) is 91 with a significant level of 5%, so it can be seen that r table of 0.204. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of cholerational research. This study was conducted with a population of 360 people and a sample of 55 people. The technique of using likert scale questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and correlational analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed that in general the courtship behavior of students of Class XI SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng is in a less healthy category with a presentation of 60%. Product moment correlation analysis showed that courtship behavior associated with academic procrastination with a significant value of 0.05 then it can be said there is a correlation -0.655 &gt; 0.2656. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive correlation research. This research was conducted in Namangkewa Village, Sikka Regency with a total population of 142 people with a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques using&nbsp; a&nbsp; Likert&nbsp; scale&nbsp; questionnaire.&nbsp; The&nbsp; data analysis&nbsp; technique&nbsp; used&nbsp; is&nbsp; descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows 25 version. The results showed that adolescents in Namangkewa Village have self-control in&nbsp; the&nbsp; low&nbsp; category,&nbsp; namely&nbsp; with&nbsp; a&nbsp; presentation&nbsp; of&nbsp; 67%&nbsp; and&nbsp; adolescent&nbsp; internet addiction in Namangkewa Village are in the high category with a presentation of 49%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis show that self-control is related to internet addiction with a significant value of 0.05, so it can be said that there is a correlation with the value of r-table = -0.342 &gt; 0.30083. This study uses a product moment quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the University of Nusa Cendana Kupang on 80 Guidance and Counseling students in semesters 4 and 6. Data collection techniques used peer conformity scales and group learning interest scales. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 26 version program. The results showed that almost all students had a high peer conformity rate of 75% and very high 18% and had an interest in group learning which was also high 66% and very high 25%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis show that peer conformity is related to group learning interest with r-count = 0.658 &gt; 0.219 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between peer conformity and group learning interest. Group study is an interesting learning method for students, but teachers need to ensure that all group members play an active role so that this activity runs effectively. The findings in this study indicate that peer conformity is an aspect that involves many dimensions. Individual aspects that play a role in the formation of conformity such as commitment to agreements, adherence to groups, self-confidence, anti-social and acceptance still need to be studied further.</em></p> Emilius Yumelnus Lukas Muhamad D. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The population used in this study were 45 adolescents with different ages and genders. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires / surveys and processed using statistical analysis which includes Pearson's product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that most adolescents in Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City had self-control in the high category as many as 37 people with a percentage level of 82.2% while verbal aggression behavior was in the very low category as many as 27 people with a percentage level of 60%. The results of the correlation analysis show that between self-control and verbal aggression behavior there is a strong negative relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient (r) value of -0.777. The results of this study are expected to add insight into science in Counseling Guidance regarding the relationship between self-control and verbal aggression behavior in adolescents and can be used as study material for students to enrich reading sources. Thus, there is a strong negative relationship between self-control variables and verbal aggression behavior, which means that the higher the self-control in adolescents, the lower the verbal aggression behavior, and vice versa.</em></p> Gina Hafiza Ulfa A.
