Non-formal education plays an important role in improving human resource quality, especially for communities that have not yet accessed formal education. PKBM Agape in Wewewa Utara District is one of the institutions contributing through life skills programs to enhance the economic welfare of learners. This study aims to examine the role of PKBM Agape in improving learners◻ economic welfare based on Nasikun◻ s four indicators: self-identity, freedom, sense of security, and welfare. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that PKBM Agape plays a significant role in enhancing learners◻ productive skills through activities such as machete- making and rattan crafts. As a result, learners become more confident, economically independent, feel secure in their daily economic activities, and are able to meet their life needs.
